DESCRIPTION

PM40 is the most complete antibark dog collar available. It lets you isolate or combine any of the training modes: sound, vibration and static. For example, you can use it as a sound only, or you can combine sound + vibration, sound + static or sound + vibration + static. It’s the flexibility you need to train dogs of various temperaments. You can start gentle for puppies from 10 weeks and adjust as needed as they grow.

This collar works by sensing the vibration of your dog’s throat when barking then emits a short sound/beep warning at the first bark then gradually introduces vibration and/or static when they are turned on. When the dog barks 7 times straight with no breaks in between, the collar goes into auto protect mode, which shuts the collar down for 1 minute then resets.

To qualify for a refund when collar is deemed in good working order, product must be returned in original condition (ie. belt is not cut) complete with all accessories, manual and packaging within 30days of delivery date. We will be deducting a restocking fee of $15 from original purchase amount.

2. To qualify for a refund when collar is deemed not in good working order, we require a video to be emailed to us showing the issue or if you are unable to do this, returned to us at your cost. We will take you through troubleshooting first via messages to avoid having to send it back to us. If the product is found to be in good working condition but returned to us for the reason that it is defective, we will not issue you a refund and the item will only be returned if you cover postage cost. If the item is deemed defective, you will be refunded the full purchase amount.
