Australia. We keep our stock locally to facilitate the fastest possible
shipping to your door anywhere in Australia. In most cases, we dispatch
within a few hours. We are committed to providing our customers with

classic and collectable diecast model cars (my personal obsession),
electronics, and books. We are committed to providing our
customers with the best quality products at the most competitive prices with
the best customer service. We are committed to ensuring that your purchase/s
from us will be a pleasant and joyful experience. If you are not happy with
your purchase, we want to make you happy, that’s our primary objective.
For changing mind or
incorrect selection:
If
you would like to return an item, because you changed your mind or made a wrong
selection, that is perfectly fine. We all change our minds sometimes.
The
only thing that we request is that the item must be in re-saleable condition
including that:
• It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all
accessories;
• It is unused and in its original condition.
(We will refund the purchase price within 3 working days after
the returned item is received and checked.)
Only Exception
Treasure Gifts Online does not accept a refund, credit, or exchange request for
the following item:
• If the returned item is damaged,
• If the returned item is not in resalable condition with original
packing.
Shipping & Handling
Item/s will be
dispatched from Brisbane, within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and public
holidays). Please make sure to double-check your shipping address to
ensure the delivery. If your item returns to us due to incorrect shipping
information, we will notify you that it has been returned by the post office,
and the shipping fee needs to be paid in full by you before Treasure Gifts
resends the item/s to you.
Regarding faulty items:
A. If an item is defective as a manufacturer's fault or defect, please contact
us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer-faulty item after assessment, there
are two options for the buyer:
• We will fully refund the purchase price, or
• We will provide a replacement.
