Through a doubling of the size of the inlet cross section, the optimized design of the inlet and outlet of the double V lamellar results in a clearly superior filling of the engine housing! The reed valve block is har wearable and available with 4 (petal one-piece) or 8 (petal slit) diaphragm valve. For the use of the V TASSINARI Force lamellar, the sealing surface of the fitting must be completely level. Connection pieces which were originally designed for other reed valves and which have a projection must be changed accordingly. The reed valve housing can also be adapted to the dimensions of the V-Force. Not only does the stock TASSINARI reed valve block fit the MALOSSI reed valve manifold, but also to suit the high end reed valve manifolds from FALC, QUATTRINI and PARMAKIT. The cylinder and ROTAX tuning YAMAHA RD350 reed valve housing can also be fitted with a TASSINARI V-Force reed valve after some minor modifications. The 4-petal (petal slot on the outside of the block) TPR V-Force reed valve block from TOP PERFORMANCE is a slightly cheaper alternative to the MALOSSI reed valve manifold. Like the V TASSINARI Forza the TPR block was designed with no reed valve petal restrictor. This guarantees optimal filling, even at high revs. Conclusion: High End Reed Valve Block for maximum performance. SIP-TIP: Those for whom the original is not enough are in the right place with the MMW LML reed manifold valve (e.g. not part 40806J00). When using a reed Tassinari, the manifold sealing surface must be planar. Manifolds that are originally manufactured for other types of reed valves might have an overhang and need to be modified/planed.
