JT Pignoni produces the entire range of gears and toothed wheels for the aftermarket and original equipment market. Each pinion and crown goes through 25 production steps and is then subjected to more than ten individual quality checks in order to successfully leave production. JT Pignoni done it right: from turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to achieve the highest quality at the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile. After a subsequent heat compensation of each item is checked by hand - so is JT Pignoni new quality standard in the motorcycle industry.
