Complete and in excellent condition. This is the better version. Great for snowboarding or skiing. There are some light scratches on the handle, that's about the worst of it, and the cardboard packaging tore. We used it very little because my son learned so quickly.

This is a back saver, and I didn't have to worry about my son flying off the side of the mountain. Well worth the investment. Well thought out product. I did too much research wondering which one to get--this was it. Wish I had it for my first two kids!
