For sale is this incredible antique Chinese bronze sculpture. This sculpture was likely made of cast bronze that was later filed and engraved with texture to make it the piece it is now. The bronze is tarnished a dark brown color. This piece would look beautiful on display or as a decor piece. I purchased this from a private collection of Chinese art, and have had it in my personal collection since. I just recently recently decided to sell it. Please study the photos carefully so that you have a good idea of size and condition (particular the tarnishing of the metal). There may also be other blemishes, so please study the photos carefully so that you will have a good idea of condition. I am not sure if it’s exact age. If I had to guess, I would estimate that this piece dates back to the 1800-1920’s, however it is difficult to be sure. This is only my non professional personal opinion that is based off of finding similar pieces on the market. No exact date is guaranteed. This is an incredible piece and would make a great addition to any collection! Don’t pass it up!
