Description:  Original green vintage paperback. 7.5 by 5.5 inches. The first edition, published in 1966. Brilliant collection of material which originally appeared in the short-lived Olympia Press Magazine. Includes The Skin Artists, a collection of rare Tattoo photographs, William Burroughs' The Ticket That Exploded, illustrated articles about French pornographic postcards and about chastity belts, and other similar esoteric material. 

In very pleasing condition, with some wear to the spine and edges  (see pictures). Original 12/6 price to front cover. Internally clean and bright. Free of inscriptions. Binding sound and square. A very nice example. 

The Olympia Press, owned by Maurice Girodias and based in Paris, published many books banned in Great Britain. By 1966, these could be safely published in the UK.  This first edition was published by The New English Library Limited.
