This vintage never worn Keith Haring watch is from 1992 and
is 1 of 10,000 that were produced.
Originally conceived to be sold in the Pop Shop, a New York City store
focused, exclusively, on the art of Keith Haring, this watch is part of a
series that was officially designed by Keith Haring, but he unfortunately
passed away before the watches were manufactured.
Featuring a Swatch watch inspired design, this Keith Haring
watch features a black plastic case and acrylic crystal housing tiny Keith
Haring illustrations surrounding small red hands. The plastic watch band is red fitting into a
black plastic buckle.
The watch comes in its original packaging, also featuring Keith
Haring’s drawings, along with his signature, on the front. The back of the packaging spotlights that
this is a limited edition watch of 10,000 pieces (the watch is numbered, which
is shown on the back of the watch’s case – but being that the watch has never
been removed from the packaging, the exact number of this particular watch isn’t
known). The packaging also features both
a certificate of authenticity and proof of authorization from the Estate of
Keith Haring.
