This is a 2-Piece hard plastic rubberized belt or pocket clip protective case for a Samsung Note-3 smartphone.
It has openings for all controls and charging port.

RETURN POLICY:
Generally, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives "DOA" or DAMAGED (either of which are unlikely because we test and inspect every "other than NEW" item just prior to shipment), and we package everything to minimize the possibility of shipping damage .  However, should an item arrive "DOA" or DAMAGED (inside an UNDAMAGED box) or you receive an item that does not match the description in our ad, we will be happy to refund your money (including initial and return shipping) once we have received the returned item.  

Please inspect the exterior of the shipping box, container or package for any damage and document this (preferably with photos).  You may refuse delivery of any exterior damaged package and we will refund your money upon receipt of the refused item.  However, if you accept delivery of an item with exterior packaging damage, you then assume responsibility for filing a reimbursement claim with the shipping company [UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.], and our return/refund responsibility regarding damaged items becomes null and void.

PLEASE, do not return any item until you have contacted us via e-bay and have requested and received a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number.  Be sure to print the RMA number on the outside of the package and also on a piece of paper inside the box.  Please include a description of the reason(s) for your return request and feel free to attach pictures that support your request.  A picture is worth a thousand words, so don't hesitate to send us one or two.

Remember to keep a copy of the receipt you are given for the return shipping charges, and send us a copy, as we can only reimburse you for actual documented shipping expenses.
