- We can ship items at your request United Kingdom, countries of the European Union (except Malta and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please contact us before purchasing items. It takes approximately 5-14 days for items to ship to certain countries. For some countries such as Australia, New Zealand and South Korea Additional 3-5 days may be required for items to arrive.
- If the item is not received within 7 days, we will provide a delivery confirmation number or tracking number at your request and try to help resolve any delivery issues.
- We are unable to ship the items to the addresses temporarily occupied by customers, i.e. hotels, motels, resorts and inns.

Return and Warranty Policy The warranty period is stated in the product description. If the warranty period is 200 days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
