- Process: Brazing diamond
- Features: durable, no sand
- Handle type: round shank
- Uses: Drilling holes in ceramics/microcrystalline stones/granite/tiles/ordinary glass and other materials.
- Purpose: It is necessary to add water for cooling during use, and it is forbidden to drill tempered glass.
- We are selling holesaws in various sizes from 3mm to 200mm.
Instructions:
1. Install the hole saw on a drilling machine such as a hand drill or a rechargeable drill for use.
2. Because this kind of hole saw does not have a centrally positioned drill bit, when operating, first incline the hole opener at 45°, slow down the speed of the electric drill, and slowly polish the glass stone.
3. Make a hole in order to open a crescent socket (the crescent socket plays a role in positioning) and then the vertical electric drill starts to work. (Swing around and cut faster)
4. Don't be too fast in the process of opening the hole, you need to continue to add water to cool the hole opener
Precautions:
1. Clean water is required to cool the drill bit when drilling. Good cooling can significantly extend the service life of the hole opener. Do not dry the drill without adding water, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the drill bit.
2. Choose the processing material, do not drill the toughened glass.
3. The appearance of the product will have some differences. For example, the hole opener below 25mm is a hollow handle, and the hole above 28mm is a solid handle. This is a design made for the convenience of users according to different product specifications. Please rest assured to buy!
