Toy Igloo offers Australia wide shipping at $8 for the first item, and an additional $2 for every item thereafter.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase from our Perth warehouse, and we estimate between 1-8 working days for the product to arrive to you after
shipment, depending on the state you're in.
Returns
Please message or email us before you return an item.
We will accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The request for return is initiated no more than 30 days after receiving the item.
- There is a manufacturing defect with the item. In this case, Toy Igloo will pay for the return shipping.
- The buyer has a change of mind AND ONLY if the item is factory sealed and unopened, and in the same condition as when the buyer received it. In which case the buyer will need to pay for return shipping. All returns of this nature will attract a 25% restocking fee.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns from a change of mind after an item has been opened as all the products we sell are collectables. This also assures customers' peace of mind, as they will only ever receive authentic, factory sealed products from Toy Igloo. Thank you for your understanding.
All refunds will be processed within 72 hours after receiving the product back to our warehouse, and after an inspection where relevant.
