Our items are usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment is received, however some items will take up to 3 business days for processing, packaging & handling before dispatch

We ship through a nation-wide courier services and eParcel Australia Post, depending on the size of the item.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.

We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes unless item is envelope size.

Please note that eCHEQUES (when you use your bank account as source of funds for PayPal) and PAYPAL DIRECT DEBITS will take up to an additional 5 working days to clear as this is how long it takes PayPal to release the funds to us. If you use available funds on your PayPal account or Credit Cards linked to your PayPal account, the payment will be cleared same day.

Warranty

Many of Dream Music & Drummers Dream products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Procedures and Remedies

During the applicable warranty period, if a customer is unable to resolve a product problem with our Technical Support team, the product must be returned to the store at the customer’s expense with a copy of the proof of purchase invoice. Upon receiving the product, Dream Music & Drummers Dream will make contact with the Australian Distributor of product to be informed of that company’s warranty protocols.

Dream Music & Drummers Dream will be advised by the distributor if the product will either repaired, replaced or refunded.

Warranty Periods

The Warranty period starts on the date of purchase from Dream Music & Drummers Dream. Warranty Periods vary between individual products.
Customers must provide a proof of purchase as a condition of receiving a warranty service.

Refunds & Returns

Drummers Dream & Dream Music wants to keep the dream alive. We want all our customers to be satisfied customers, so we’re here to help.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us, we’ll be happy to work out a solution to your issues.

We’ll refund on goods that are:
- Faulty or damaged
- Different to that described
- Not working as intended
- We can offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit, as applicable.

We will not automatically refund because you simply have “changed your mind”, unless this was explicitly a condition of the sale or included in advertising material. Remember to always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

We will not refund for an incorrect choice of product. We will although exchange the product or give you a store credit to the same value. You will need to use the store credit within 14 business days.

Please ensure you have your sales receipt with you as proof of purchase when you return your goods.

Software

Unfortunately, we cannot return any software if the packaging seal is broken.

Health Considerations

For health reasons harmonicas and in-ear monitors can only be returned if they are faulty and for no other reason.

Returns Procedure

To return an item, and so we can serve you best, the following procedure must be followed. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not comply with this procedure.

1. Item(s) must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories, if applicable, and must not be damaged in any way.

2. To initiate a return, contact us via eBay within seven (7) days of taking delivery of your product.  Please include your name, best contact phone number, copy of invoice and product name.  Where there is no proof of delivery, delivery date will be assumed to be four (4) business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Item(s) must be received by Dream Music & Drummers Dream within ten (10) business days of the date you lodge your return request.  Return freight costs will be at your expense.  Returned items will remain your responsibility during transit. Dream Music & Drummers Dream will not accept liability for damage which may occur during transit. Please pack your returned item(s) carefully.

4. After receiving the returned item(s), Dream Music & Drummers Dream will issue a refund, exchange or store credit as applicable.

Terms & Conditions

 By agreeing to place a purchase you are entering into a legally binding contract with the seller, whereupon you are obliged to tender payment to the seller in accordance with the seller's terms and conditions.
