Free Standard Delivery
Small items under £90 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class postage, with one or two light, cheaper items like our sporks sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class postage in order to keep the costs low for our customers.
Bulkier items and those over £90 are sent via courier, with tracked delivery. Our standard delivery service will usually see your items arrive with you within 2-3 working days.
Next Day Delivery
We offer a next-day courier delivery service for £7.99, with tracking and delivery time notifications. In order to qualify for this premium service you would need to have placed your order by 3pm.
Saturday Delivery
If you are unable to receive your order on a weekday, we are able to deliver on a Saturday at an additional cost, subject to the weight. Timed Delivery
As with all major couriers, although delivery is guaranteed next day, your order can be delivered anytime between 9am and 6pm. If you require timed delivery within the bands of PRE-10:30am or PRE-12:00pm this is certainly something we can arrange for you at an additional cost.

Scottish Highlands & UK Non-Mainland
Deliveries to the north of Scotland postcodes AB31-56, IV1-63, KW1-14, PA21-38 and PH4-50, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and other offshore areas are available at an extra cost dependent on the weight. These deliveries are usually on a 48hr service, please contact us using the eBay messaging system for a quotation.
Collection
You are more than welcome to visit our store in Staffordshire and collect your order, however this will need to be pre-arranged and fall within our opening hours of Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
If you wish to return of your order this must be done within 14 days of your receipt. The returned item must be new, unused and in its original packaging - intact where possible. The easiest way to initiate a return is through the eBay returns process; however you are welcome to contact us directly.
Any damages or faults with any items need to be relayed to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Full refunds including postage costs will be refunded for any items damaged in transit or upon receipt. For items of low value it may be necessary to email us photographic evidence of damage should we decide returning the item is not cost effective.
