- We process and ship orders next or same day after purchase every day except Saturdays and Sundays.
- We ship all products from Harrison, NJwith USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex at our decision. It takes approximately 3-7 (up to 10) business days after dispatch to deliver the item within the continent United States.
- We can ship items upon your request United Kingdom, European Union countries (except Malta and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please contact us before purchasing items. It takes about 5-14 days for items to be delivered to certain countries. For some countries like Australia, New Zealand and South Korea Additional 3-5 days may be required for delivery of items.
- If the item is not received within 7 days, we will provide a delivery confirmation number or tracking number upon your request and try to help resolve any delivery issues.
- We are unable to ship the items to the addresses which are temporarily occupied by the customers i.e. hotels, motels, resorts and inns.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Return and guarantee conditions
The warranty period is specified in the product description. If the warranty period is 200 days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This guarantee is not transferrable. This only applies to direct customers upon presentation of the proof of purchase, ie the original invoice. The seller's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold by eurus-wing.
