To reprogram this radio you will need a WINDOWS PC &  KENWOODS USB programming cable KPG-43UM...  "not included" or an aftermarket KPG-43U programming cables, they are available on eBay. I recommend using the USB aftermarket cable that has the FTDI chip.  

FREE BASIC REPROGRMMIN: I will perform FREE BASIC REPROGRAMMING for up to 10 channels providing that that the channels frequencies' that you need programmed are within the 39 to 50Mhz range & operating spectrum of this radio.  ALSO NOTICE: If you want it reprogrammed you must contact me before purchasing the radio with your channel's RX TX & PL code requirements for me to review & if ok program for you. If you do-not contact me first it will ship out as listed.
