1961 newspaper with the first public release of a drawing of FORD MOTOR CO's new small concept car - the FORD CARDINAL -  inv # 6R-303

SEE PHOTO----- COMPLETE, ORIGINAL single page from the business section of a newspaper, the Milwaukee Journal (WI) dated Aug 22, 1961.   This newspaper page contains a prominent 5" x 4" drawing of a Ford Motor concept car, the Ford "Cardinal" that was a front wheel drive vehicle designed to complete with the Volkswagon "Beetle." The "Cardinal"was never put into production.

Amazingly, the "Cardinal" looks very similar to the Ford Falcon automobile that was produced between 1969 and 1970 !!

This is a single page of the business section of a newspaper , NOT the complete newspaper.

Very good condition. This listing includes a single page of the business section of the newspaper, NOT the complette newspaper. STEPHEN A.
