Ceramic flower frog by Donna Gittens of Canada. Beautifully glazed (mottled blue) ceramic disc, 5 3/4" in diameter with 1 1/4" hole for access to the permanently fixed frog spikes. Spikes are enclosed in a plastic base. Signature etched on underside of ceramic disc. Plastic base is marked Donna Gittens Designs, made in Canada.
Just press the base of the stem onto the brass pins. The sharp pins attached to the base are very sturdy, helping to keep the flowers and branches securely in place.
