• Cosmetically rated as FAIR condition based on the following cosmetic flaws noted during review and testing:
• Scratching noted throughout all areas of instrument. Surface level and more severe in some areas as depicted.
• Previous owner engraving “S.C.” noted on PinLock lever please see listing image for best detail here.
• Many instances of surface discoloration noted throughout instrument in the form of stains, darkening, rub marks, previous owner identification tape and associated residue, etc from previous use, age, loose and non sterile storage, etc. Spefic areas of note are hex head and surrounding areas.
