This authentic personalized vintage quilt has some wear and damage commensurate with age and use, but overall it's not bad at all for a 90 year old bedcover. This would be a wonderful and worthy project for restoration.

The center piece is hand embroidered and dated with what we presume is the quilter's name or perhaps the recipient of it: Alma 1933

It features a nice mix of materials/patterns (flannel, velvet, calico, etc) and a couple patches have trim embellishments as seen in the pictures.

There are a couple areas of fabric degradation. The patch below Alma has some holes and ladder runs, and one section of floral cloth is shredded. Going by the stitching we see on the backside through this open area, we think this quilt may be hand sewn. Please see pictures 17, 18, 19, 20.

Measures approximately 80" x 69"

DO NOT MACHINE WASH. Because of the fragile nature of the material, we do not recommend machine washing.
