The Indonesia 20,000 Rupiah banknote is a replacement banknote issued by the Bank of Indonesia in 1998. Its obverse side features Ki Hadjar Dewantara, a proponent of the independence movement and education for native Indonesians around the early to mid-1900s. Its reverse side shows children in a class. Security features include a solid security thread with printed BANK INDONESIA 20000 and a watermark of Ki Hajar Dewantara with an electrotype bank seal. The green banknote is 152 mm x 72 mm in size. This replacement banknote is in uncirculated condition.
