Returns

We understand that there may be times you need to return a product to us. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via eBay immediately. You can return the item to us as supplied within 30 days for a refund or replacement in original packing, providing the item is in resalable condition.

The item must be in its original condition including instructions and accessories and also accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return postage charges must be met by the Customer.

We do appreciate that you may wish to return a product to us. If this does arise you may contact us to assist in resolving any issues. However should you have cause to return a product to us, please see below for guidelines.

We do request the returned item is accompanied with any accessories and an original invoice.

Any returns must be enclosed the invoice or a note with your eBay ID and email address on in the return package, and we ask all reasonable care is taken to ensure the goods are suitably packaged. We also would suggest a proof of postage is obtained when returning goods to us.
