GWR Fasteners Limited was founded in 2009. We are manufacturers of special fasteners/fittings and precision components and we are also a standard fasteners distributor. We ship to world-wide destinations and we supply to end-users and to small, medium, and large companies.

The owners of the company have 30 years experience in engineering/manufacturing and in customer relations. GWR Fasteners supplies various fasteners and fittings predominantly to the automotive, engineering and motorsport trade and we make it clear on our listings when items have been manufactured by us. We use the latest state-of-the-art CNC sliding head lathes to produce a large range of high quality products.

All of our listings include VAT at the current rate and a VAT invoice is supplied with all orders.

We accept payment by PAYPAL. Payment must be received within seven days of placing the order. Unpaid orders will be forfeited after seven days and a non-payment dispute will be filed with eBay to recover our incurred eBay fees.

If you wish to combine multiple purchases for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first order to the last order are within seven days before submitting payment. This is applicable for UK customers and international customers via eBay’s Global Shipping Programme.

It is FREE shipping for all UK orders and all orders are sent with a VAT invoice. All UK orders are shipped either by Royal Mail First Class post (untracked) or via APC Overnight Courier (fully tracked courier service) depending on the value of your order. Please could you ensure that you supply a contact telephone number with your order so that we can contact you should the need arise. We aim to ship orders out within 1 working day of receipt of order and of payment during our opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm (except for public bank holidays and our shutdown period in between Christmas and New Year).

You can choose Express next day delivery at an additional cost if the order is received before 2pm on a working day. This is applicable to UK Mainland only and excludes certain areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, etc. Please ask us via eBay messages if you require clarification

For all international orders, shipment is via eBay's Global Shipping Programme therefore eBay will determine the costs of shipping to your destination and goods are shipped using a fully tracked service.

We accept all returns within 30 days of your receipt of the items. Please return all goods undamaged and in their original packaging. Please enclose a copy of our invoice so that we can identify your order swiftly and provide you with a refund.

If you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind, we do not reimburse you for your return shipping costs. If, however, you are returning the goods because they are faulty or there has been a mistake with your order, we will refund you for your return postage costs upon receipt of the items. If it is necessary to replace your items, we will only do so upon receipt of the returned goods.

Please note that due to our automated stocking and dispatch systems, we do not offer exchanges. By all means, you can return the items for a refund and order the items you require, and we would, of course, ship your order out to you.
