We present a super quality watercolour study, with horses grazing in a paddock, ascribed by another hand to a label verso, The Field Path.  Signed lower left, VHS Burroughs, this is a painting by Victor Hugh Seamark Burroughs, a prolific painter and illustrator from the Midlands area, Birmingham School, contracted to several galleries locally and in London.  A finely details work, Burroughs painted mostly in watercolours to a very high standard to meet commercial demand from galleries such as Boots  Presented in very good condition in  its original frame showing light age-related wear, Warwick Galleries, Birmingham label to verso, this painting will look fabulous displayed.
