These heads are completely reconditioned and come with a full 12 months parts only warranty, and had the following work carried out.

Stripped and Cleaned

Pressure Tested

Skimmed

Guides changed as necessary

Three angle valve seats cut

Valves refaced

All the threads checked

All internals checked or replaced

Built back up ready to fit includes cams

New hydraulic tappets

All heads are machined back to manufacturers specifications, meaning you can refit the same thickness, notch head gasket that came off it. They all come with a full 12 months parts only warranty. Please check your head looks the same on all sides as the photos above, I do have all four types if you are not looking at the right listing.

When the cambelt goes on these vehicles they generally smash out where the hydraulic tappets go, and snap bearing caps. I can weld up the tappet holes and CNC machine them back out to within 3 microns and can also make my own bearing caps in house, also what they can do is damage the camshafts and I have a special tool to check for this. If you want to save some money if I can collect yours first I can check your cams for damage and reuse .
