If you purchase from a Local Pickup listing, pick up is located at 9240 N Waverly Park Rd Martinsville, IN 46151. Pickups can be made Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please contact our office to arrange your pickup.
If you purchase from a FREE shipping listing, your order can be shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states! Additional fees maybe added for delivery to islands. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Please check your email for tracking information and a link the LTL carrier's site for tracking. The freight company should call and schedule a delivery appointment with you and you will need to be there with equipment to unload.
There is an extra $75 fee if a liftgate is used for your delivery.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, you must note it on the bill of lading when you sign for your shipment.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, less return shipping, or exchange the product for another one.
All returns must be unused. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
ONLY STOCK/STANDARD PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED. YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY, OR YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. SPECIALTY AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS INCLUDING SPECIALTY PAINT, MOUNTS, AND CUSTOM BUILDS CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED.
