TERMS 

All Fitted Doors  carry a guarantee of 6 years from date of invoice, against defects in materials and manufacturing only. Doors should be cleaned only with a damp cloth, applying the minimum amount of moisture to components as possible, or approved polish (never use any cleaning materials containing solvents). High Gloss Doors should be allowed to cure for seven days after removing the protective film. Doors situated below a sink, or covering a dishwasher/washing machine are not covered, unless the damage is anything other than excessive steam or water contact. Components placed near heat sources such as ovens, radiators, grills, boiling kettles, toasters etc, are not covered by the guarantee unless protected by suitable heat strips, and a suitable gap left for heat escape. In the unlikely event that the original colour has been discontinued, the nearest possible alternative will be offered. Any damage reported to us will be dealt with efficiently and swiftly, and any replacement will be at our discretion. Fitted Doors accept no liability for any consequential loss, costs or re-fitting charges. • All prices shown on ebay include VAT •Despite our intention to supply at prices quoted, all products shown can be subject to change. Deliveries dates for goods, though given in good faith, are estimates only and are subject to the relevant stock being available and our 3rd party delivery company. We accept no responsibility and the purchaser has no right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed, unless we have specifically agreed in writing to deliver on a particular date. Kitchen Units and Doors are not stock items they are a tailor made for the client and are Non returnable and non refundable Any damages or shortages must be reported by within 48hours of delivery. Failure to report under this term will result in no obligation to the seller. And photographic evidence is also required for any claim to be valid Our liability in respect of damaged/delayed goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods (excluding vat) and our liability shall not extend to consequential or indirect loss or damage All goods signed for by the customer indicates acceptance of the goods under our terms & conditions. `Not checked` or `Signed damaged` or similar written on delivery documents, will not indicate seller responsibility. Goods are not sold on a trial basis - customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. The seller is in no way responsible for any help or advice that the customer feels later is incorrect or dissatisfied Force Majeure – Fitted Doors will not be liable for default resulting from factors beyond their reasonable control.
