IOS GEAR GREASE (for both saltwater and freshwater)

It is a high-specification GEAR GREASE with excellent lubricity, best-in-class load carrying capacity, excellent waterproofing performance that can be used in salt water, and 100% chemical composition that protects the main gear, the heart of the reel, which is exposed to extreme cold, mid-summer heat, and wind and rain.

Even though the gears are made of metal, the application of IOS GEAR GREASE reduces frictional resistance in small reels that require high sensitivity for under 1g lures, as well as in large reels for salt fishing, where load capacity is important.




1. Usually used during assembly for maintenance, but for models where the cover can be opened, application during the process is also effective.



2.　For reels with grease-up holes, the main gear is accessed through these holes.

- Ester oil that easily reacts chemically with organic solvents that degrade resins and rubber, and with moisture in the air to change their properties - Additive
- Medically Recognized as a Carcinogen, Abrasive in Car Gear Oils
- Fluorinated oil that decomposes and transforms at high temperatures, producing toxic gases (e.g., smoking cigarettes with the oil still on your fingers)
- Silicon greases with little or no metal lubricity
- Inexpensive engine oil additive that significantly reduces fluidity in low temperature conditions
- We do not use any Teflon or other additives that have no chemical basis in the metal friction field.

IOS grease is made of highly pure chemical ingredients and has almost no odor or unusual smell.

Where the IOS GEAR GREASE is familiarized with each tooth without any gaps.
Without the ability to significantly acclimate to the gear teeth, the high-performance grease is ineffective.
