1) About Us

New Life Luxe is a consignment business proudly based in our home country Singapore. We offer 100% authentic designer luxury items curated from the collections of our clients.

Items may be new unused (with or without tags), or in used condition. Please read the listing thoroughly to know the condition of the item. Nevertheless, vintage items may come with minor cosmetic flaws and we appreciate your kind understanding in this matter.  

Apparel pieces may have undergone prior alteration, so please always refer to the measurements provided. These measurements are taken by hand, therefore there may be a small variance.

We are here to help if you have additional questions about an item, or if you spot something that we missed.


2) Payment

Payment is due within 2 days of your purchase. We accept Paypal only.

The above applies for all buyers, including local Singapore buyers.


3) Shipping Policy

Please note items will be shipped from SINGAPORE by Singapore Post or a carrier of our choice. Our packages require signature confirmation.  

It usually takes about 3 weeks to reach the United States and Europe, and up to 6 to 8 weeks for Latin America and Eastern Europe and Russia. Please contact us for a quote if you require faster shipping or time definite shipping.

Certain items are shipped using courier services. It will be written clearly in the listing description if an item is to be shipped using courier.

We commit to ship your item within 2 business days of receiving your payment.


4) Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchase.

If you refuse a package and the parcel is returned to us as ''Unclaimed'' or for any other reason, you will be responsible for all return/ resend charges.

It is our policy to declare the actual purchase value on Customs forms. We are unable to mark items as gifts or to change the declared value.  


5) Returns

As it is expensive to return items to us in Singapore, we regret we are unable to accept returns. If you encounter an issue with your item, please contact us and we will work with you for alternative arrangements.


6) Customer Care

We work hard to earn your positive feedback, so we do our very best to describe each item that we list and ship them with care. But things do go wrong sometimes as we (and the delivery guys!) are only human. 

If something doesn't seem right, please contact us immediately and we are ready to help.
