You changed your mind about an item or did not accept it when courier attempted to deliver it or did not arrange a delivery/collect it from the collection point
You are responsible to cover the postage cost. You'll need to send it back within 14 days, using tracked postage. Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process. Postage and packaging costs will also be deducted from your refund.
When you're sending the item back, repack it carefully, and keep in mind that the condition you send the item back to the seller in is important.
