The building can alternatively serve as a shed, outdoor office, children's playhouse, or any other type of storage or utility. Add a window for extra ambiance. The overhang can house a sink or it can be used as a work or potting bench. 

This building can be a DIY build or the plans can be handed off to a professional builder.
