Rare awesome long hanging crystals! Missing one long crystal icicle shaped prism that was been replaced by another smaller one, also one long icicle prism is missing the smaller cut glass crystal piece that connects it to the lamp and has been replaced with a piece that is uniform to the other prism pieces. Very minor replacements and not very noticeable, pictures show the pieces that have been used.

Tested and works, overall minor wear to lamp, general wear. The cord shows minor wear, lamp works fine with cord but with many vintage lamps, probably best to get it rewired. Overall minor wear from age and use, dust, normal signs of wear.
