RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return this item it must be returned un-used in original condition and packaging 14 days.In most cases we would be able to provide a return label which you need to print out .Please contact us prior to open the return request so that we can sort out the problem more easily .once the return opens we can only go through ebay recommended return process.


In the rare event that an item may be lost in transit, a full refund will be promptly issued once we have been notified of non reciept and our quick enquiries verify with the courier service the whereabouts and or loss of your item. Where possible a replacement will be sent if preferred.

Most items are usually dispatched the following day (except Sunday's) but this is not a guarantee, and in rare cases may take up to 48 hrs. But our main aim is to have all orders promptly dispatched.
