Shipping
All prints are made to order items sent are securely wrapped using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes or equivalent We aim to get all orders dispatched within 2 working days Monday-Friday Any orders made after 4.30 pm will be processed on the next working day Once we've dispatched your order a tracking number and updates will be available
Feedback
The majority of our orders do arrive in good time however a small number of shipments may get delayed in the postal system If you have any issues with your delivery or order Please get in touch before leaving any feedback and we can help resolve any issues
Returns
In the event that the item arrives damaged or incorrect Please report and supply to us pictures of any damages including packaging preferably within seven days of the item being delivered
We can then arrange to send you a replacement out on a quick delivery service for the inconvenience
If you have changed your mind regarding the order or the order is unwanted then you as the buyer will be responsible for the return postage and ensuring the item is returned back to us in good condition for a refund minus our postage cost
