Depending on the type, it is subjected to:
1. High precision cutting
Through the latest generation of lasers it is possible to obtain a high degree of precision and purity of the cut, totally eliminating the production burrs. These can in fact cause infiltrations of various elements (oil, water, compression gas), compromising the functioning of the engine.
2. Relief alignment
This solution increases the elasticity of the gasket during operation, guaranteeing an excellent seal over time, even in extreme conditions. On the contrary, a misalignment of the blades would cause an immediate flattening of the gasket, eliminating the elastic memory function and the consequent loss of compression.
