Offered here is a HGTV Photograph/Promotional Brochure signed by Matt Fox & Shari Hiller. Matt & Shari developed HGTV’s show “Room by Room” and this item dates to around 2003 and has a glossy finish. We are the original owners of this item and secured the autographs directly from Matt & Shari at a designer convention. The item is Near Mint to Mint condition with only very minor wear on top two corners. Please see images of actual item offered.

Matt and Shari helped develop the Home and Garden Network and they were the very first show to air on HGTV beginning December 31, 1994. Their show, Room by Room, is the longest running decorating show lasting almost 14 years.
