3D Printed Solutions is a young person owned start-up business started by Rowan at the age of 12 in February 2023. 

Imagine standing in the surf, reaching in your bag to change plugs and you pull out one and 5 follow it, all the hooks tangled. Not onl that, but they fall off into the surf. You just lost $150 of your favorite lures in one shot! 

We have the solution to divide up your tube and keep your lures separated!!

Typical lead time is at most 7 days to ship based on current orders, we keep most sizes in production and in stock. If your selection is in stock it can ship out as soon as the same day. Rowan is motivated to make the customer happy. 

Each qty. selected is for 1 divider- sold individually.

• HOW IT WORKS: You make your purchase based on the drop down menu OR email me your specifics if the divider you desire is not listed.

To be sure we manufacture and ship exactly what you need, we need to have the specific size you are looking for. We will email you soon after your purchase to be sure you get what is expected. Since tube size and divider size differ we want to make sure we are on the same page. For instance if 3" diameter is selected you will receive 2.75" diameter divider. 

Choose your actual tube size and we will make the dividers with the 1/4" clearance needed. The dividers will come 1/4" of headroom at the top of the tube. In other words, if you have a 8" tall tube, you will receive a 7-3/4" tall divider. Most fisherman preferred this option. If you want something different than our stock offering, by all means let us know and we will do what we can to make it happen! They are approximately 1/4" less in diameter of actual tube measurement. These will be either white or clear unless you specify a color.

TUBES NOT INCLUDED----We use PETG filament material due to it being stronger and withstands heat, light, chemical and saltwater better than PLA and other materials. Choose between 2 way, 3 way, 4 way, 5 way and 6 way dividers. 5 & 6 way not available on narrower tubes.

Dividers are 1/16" thick. This is the thinnest possible while maintaining integrity. Dividers only- tubes are not for sale.

The story behind the prints: 

In late 2020, at age 10, Rowan wanted to earn his own money. We started out with cutting neighbor's lawns and after 1 season of cutting lawns & saving along with reading and watching videos on 3D printing, he bought his own 3D printer. He then learned how to draw in a CAD program. He now designs, draws and 3D prints a number of items including fishing tube dividers and battery/tool holders. Always willing to lend a hand and always ready to jump at the opportunity to earn some extra cash, we find it easy to support young, motivated individuals especially in the world of lazy computer game kids.
