Dear customer, we’re Chinese seller, need to ship item from Shanghai China , we pack every item carefully and consistent with packaging procedures  before sending, but sometimes parcels could still be mishandled during long transportation.  
We only guarantee figure itself arrive in good condition, but we can’t guarantee box’s condition, if package arrive with wear or in bad shape, buyer can’t ask for return or refund for such issue.  Once you buy item in my store, it means you have agreed with the policies and rules of our company.
