Information
- Please contact us through the Ebay Message system only.
- The color of the images may be slightly different when viewing due
to individual display settings on the device.
- The Size information we provide is from the manufacturer.
- All items are stored in a pet free, smoke free environment.
- All The Luxury Boutique products are 100% authentic and original products. We either buy direct from the
manufacturer or an authorized distributor. We fully stand by
the authenticity of all our products.
- All our products are in the same condition as we received from the
manufacturer or supplier unless noted in the listing. Shoe box
condition may have minor damage from storage and/or shipment. Any
significant box damage will be fully disclosed within the listing.
- For any order change requests, such as for a different color or
size, we will cancel the order and have the buyer purchase the correct
item.
- We do not mark orders as “gifts” or lower values.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an
item is not in stock when the order is placed, our Customer Service staff
will notify and issue a full refund back to the original payment method.
Payment and Address
- All orders are
shipped to the address that was confirmed at the time of
order. We do not accept any address changes that Ebay has not
verified before the order.
- Items will not
ship until confirmed payment by Ebay.
Shipping
- Orders will
ship out within 1-2 business days after ordering and on the 1st business
day if order placed on the weekend.
The tracking information
will be updated in the order once shipments are prepared.
- We only ship to
Ebay confirmed addresses. We do not accept changes once payment
has been made. We would simply cancel the order and have you
re-order with the approved changes.
- We send items
by USPS and UPS.
- For orders that
are higher in value, we may require signature confirmation upon
delivery. This is to ensure that you properly receive your
order.
- For all
international orders we use Ebay’s Global Shipping Program. Any
import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's
responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office
to determine what these additional costs will be prior to
buying. We cannot control these costs and you will need to
contact Ebay for more information.
- We strongly
encourage that your shipment and delivery date be closely monitored.
Returns
- We offer
returns only; we do not accept exchanges.
- For applicable
items, returns are accepted within 30 days after the buyer receives the
item or items.
- Some items are
non-returnable as stated in the returns section.
- All returned
items must be in their original condition and packaging as was
received. All parts and accessories must be intact. This
includes items such as the manufacturer shoe box, UPC’s, bags or any items
used to wrap and protect the item. These returns will be
rejected or subject to a partial refund.
- Returns showing
use, wear, alteration, or any sign that it is not in the original
condition then we will reject these.
- The Buyer is
responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns,
please place the item in a shipping container and please treat the item
with respect. The shoe box is not a shipping container, and we
will not accept that back if there is not a covering. Please
include a copy of your return request or a copy of the packing
list.
- We do not
accept international returns.
- If any item is
defective upon receiving the order or the item does not function, please
contact us for the return address and return information.

- We Value your feedback, and it is
important to us that you are happy!
- If you cannot or do not want to
leave us Positive feedback and five-star detailed seller rating, then we
request that you please let us know prior to leaving feedback. We are open
to resolving any issues you have.
