In excellent condition with Holmspray logo label attached
Gold screw-on cap with attached atomizer bulb, which is
dried, hard, and barely attached
Included is a replacement bulb attached to cap that is too small for this bottle,
but bulb is soft and works!
Just exchange the bulbs
