This frame is in good condition structurally, but cosmetically it has been a victim of the California sun. The gray paint feels rough to the touch, and the neon green parts are faded on top. No dents, cracks, or deep rust (a few small surface rust spots). None of the components are rusted or frozen, everything came off no problem. This frame feels like a small more than a medium, even though the seat tube is 17"

Measurements:
17" seat tube (c-t, the c-c measurement is 15.5")
20.5" top tube (c-c)
135mm rear dropouts

Included:
- bars and stem
- original bottom bracket - spins well, I took it apart to check for rust and there wasn't any, just old grease
- seatpost, not original but does the job
- front and rear brake - rear is a U brake, cantilever will NOT work... I also have the original Shimano cable hangers and they will be included

Feel free to ask any additional questions via message. Please expect it to look a bit worse in person, the photos don't do justice to the fading of the green paint
