The Jordan 1 Dinar banknote is part of the Central Bank of Jordan’s 2021 issues. It comes in a combination of green and blue colors and bears Arabic text on the front and English on the back. The obverse features Hashemite silver coins struck in 1916 in the Kingdom of Hijaz and a portrait of Sharif Hussein Bin Ali who proclaimed the Great Arab Revolt against the Ottoman Empire. The reverse of the banknote depicts three men riding camels with a flag of the Great Arab Revolt. It also reflects a Renaissance medal and an antique compass from the Levant. The banknote comes with a solid security thread and a windowed security thread with a demetallized CBJ 1. It has watermark varieties and measures 133 x 74 mm. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition.
