Front Fender to Fork Adaptor Risers for 2014-2020  Harley Davidson Touring Models with 21" Wheel added. These are the spacer brackets needed to install a 21" front wheel on your 14-Up Harley Touring Bike using the stock front fender. These brackets are CNC machined here in house from 6061 T6 billet aluminum then black anodized. Stainless steel mounting hardware is included with brackets. SOLD IN PAIRS
