This uncirculated 500 Philippine piso banknote is a standard banknote issued by the Central Bank of the Philippines. It is a yellow banknote that is dated 2014, bear the signatures of Philippine President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III and Central Bank Governor Amando Maglalang Tetangco Jr., and measures 160 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side shows the denomination as a gold-to-green rolling bar SPARK feature, a portrayal of the crowd at EDSA People Power I in February 1986, the seal of the Philippine president, the Central Bank seal, and portraits of former president Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino and Benigno Simeon “Ninoy” Aquino Jr. Its reverse side depicts the Philippine map, a blue-naped parrot (Tanygnathus lucionensis), and the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park. Security features include a 4-mm wide gold-to-jade windowed security thread with a demetalized BSP/500 and a watermark of Corazon and Benigno Aquino with an electrotype 500.
