temperature of roast, roasting times, and quality of coffee.

Over the years we have literally roasted millions of pounds of espresso, always experimenting along the way.

The final result is our Caffe' Siciliano.  This is our "Sicilian Family's Roast". 

This coffee is perfect as a straight shot, or with steamed milk for a delicious Caffe' Latte.

This delightful coffee has a long lingering aftertaste with no hint of bitterness.
