The Powermat PM-IMG-220L-PRO semi-automatic welding machine has a very wide range of use. It enables efficient welding of various types of material groups in a wide range of material thicknesses. The IGBTs used have a beneficial effect on lower electricity consumption, greater resistance to interference and voltage drops, and good arc characteristics.

The control panel with the description of the functions in Polish is easy to use and the operator has quick access to all functions. This improves ergonomics and work efficiency in the plant.

The device has a 2T and 4T function, thanks to which it is possible to weld short and long pieces of material more precisely.

An additional advantage of the machine is the BURNBACK option, i.e. the ability to set the burn time after welding in the range of 1 - 10. This function has a dedicated button on the control panel.

The electronics of the device are based on IGBT transistors combining the advantages of two types of transistors, easy control of field effect transistors and high breakdown voltage as well as switching speed of bipolar transistors. The welding current is very stable, which guarantees a perfect weld. Thanks to IGBT technology, the device is lighter and more economical in energy consumption.

Built-in automatic functions for easy operation

HOT START popularly called hot start allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works when the arc strikes and aims to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great help when lighting the electrode.

ANTI STICK cuts off / minimizes welding voltage and current in the event of an electrode short circuit with the workpiece. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.

ARC FORCE stabilizes the arch regardless of its length. By reducing the value of the function it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of penetration, while by increasing the value of the function it causes deeper penetration and the possibility of short arc welding. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "push the electrode into the pool of molten metal and burn through the material. This model has automatic ARC FORCE adjustment.
