Broadsword antennas has been making scanning antennas for a while with great success to cover the VHF and UHF bands however a number of scanners or communications receivers these days cover HF bands

The usual standard antenna connection on a scanner is Bnc but most long wire antennas for HF do not have a BNC connection and so I have developed a long wire antenna with a BNC connection

The antenna which can plug straight into your scanner consists of a BNC connection and 5 metres of wire. the wire can be strong around a window frame indoors or along a fence line or out of a window for outdoors and will vastly improve your HF reception compared to a white stick antenna

This Type of antenna Would be ideal for Scanners Such as the Aor DV1 which has only one ant point
