This lithograph was executed in the 1820s by French artist Jean-François Robert.
Jean-François Robert was born in 1778 in Chantilly and died in 1832. He was a pupil of Demarne. In 1812 and 1827, he exhibited his landscapes at the Salon de Paris. As an employee of the Porcelain Manufactory Sevres, Robert produced many paintings on porcelain.
