There are no two vulvas alike. I consider these vulva drawings to be portraits of the models who posed for them. These erotic drawings are intentionally fragile, intimate and personal. This kind of art comes with the understanding that these works were created because the model decided to share something very personal and private. This drawing is a more recent addition to my “Parts Project” which began several decades ago.
This drawing is created on 140lb arches watercolour paper. The materials used are Rapidograph Ink and Liquitex Professional Acrylic Ink.
I provide a certificate of authenticity.
About the Artist
A renowned contemporary artist with over 40 years of professional practice, Stewart Fletcher has a degree in Fine Arts from John Abbott College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Concordia University. Fletcher’s paintings, drawings and works on paper have been the subject of numerous solo and group exhibitions over the past forty years, and his paintings and drawings are in over 400 private and corporate collections in 20 countries. He is in the studio daily and has an art gallery open to the public.
Known for his fascination with the human body, Fletcher explores various concepts that go beyond the representational image. He is also passionate about metaphysics, compositional space and the interplay between colours. He often uses humour and satire to convey his message.
