Antique Russian Brass Basket Tula Brass Flower Basket Chippy 10” t x 6.25” w

Metal basket all one piece no seams other than the handle attachment. I believe this is brass and has been painted a few times, gold paint is chippy and there aid a lot of red also. So rustic and charming! Stamp on bottom is not readable (for me) but check out the closeups.
